Add oil and salt to flour. Knead soft dough and keep it aside for 10 minutes to rest

Add oil to kadhai. Add Asafoitida, red chilli powder to it. Add chopped tomatoes and stir it till tomatoes become mushy. Add turmeric powder, garam masala and coriander powder. Stir it for a minute and add hot water to it.

Add boiled and chopped potatoes and green peas to it. Add salt as per your taste. Let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Check the consistency of curry. While serving garnish with chopped coriander.

Take small ball of dough and roll it into thin roti. Spread ghee on roti. Spread pudina powder, chopped coriander and sprinkler some dry aata. Fold the roti as we fold for fan.

Fold completely. make a ball as shown in picture to make laccha paratha

Sprinkle some black sesame seeds and hand roll the paratha. You can use rolling pin if you find it's hard to roll paratha with hands.

Roast it by applying ghee on both the sides of paratha. Laccha Paratha is ready to serve

Serve hot laccha paratha with aloo matar in tomato gravy and some salad
