Chocolate! Who doesn't like them. This is universally loved by everyone including young and old alike. Chocolate Cupcakes are one such variety among hundreds of Chocolate loaded recipes. These Cupcakes are baked to perfection and then topped with some delicious Whipped Cream and Hershey's Chocolate Syrup by me. It's a perfect way to enjoy your weekends or family reunions with your loved ones. Easy to whip up, these can be served with a generous mug of Hot Chocolate for a sumptuous Dessert after meals. Infact these doesn't even require a reason to be baked, you can do it on any given day if you are a die hard Chocolate lover.

Preheat the Oven on 180 ° for about 12 to 15 minutes. Let's start the process of preparing the batter now. Add all the dry ingredients to a bowl. Sift them for the best results. Meanwhile in an another bowl, beat Eggs and Sugar with Butter added to it.

Also add Vanilla essence and Salt. Beat until creamy and frothy. Now slowly fold in all the dry and sifted ingredients in it. Little by little. Grease the cupcake mould and place Muffin liners along.

Pour an ice-cream scoop full of the batter in each of the Muffin liners. Tap it well. Bake these lovely Cupcakes on 180 ° for about 22-25 minutes on the middle rack of the fan assisted Oven. Do it in batches of 2 or 3.

Top them with Whipped Cream and drizzle some Chocolate Syrup all over for a dazzle. Enjoy!
