  • 1onion chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1avocado chopped
  • Grated cheese
  • 1cucumber chopped
  • 2 tbsptaco sauce
  • 1 tspsalsa
  • 1 tbspmayo
  • 1 tbspketchup
  • Pinchsalt
  • Pinchblack pepper
  • Pinchgaram masala
  • Pinchchaat masala
  • Indian papadam

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients well

  2. 2

    Now heat up a nonstick pan and at low flame start roasting papad by pressing any cloth gently

  3. 3

    Roast both side by turning again and again

  4. 4

    Spread some cheese then some mixture then again some cheese as pizza

  5. 5

    Set another papad as upper crust and microwave for 15 seconds

  6. 6

    Enjoy so yumm maxican pizza at home in desi style
