It is a delicacy from Bihar.Here luffa curry is cooked with badi ,and traditional spices is used to give the curry an authentic taste.Try and enjoy it.
Steps

Peel and cup cut luffa into 4"×1" long pieces.Keep aside.

Heat 1tbsp oil in a pan.When hot add bafis and saute for 1 minute.Take out and keep aside.

Heat remaining oil in the same pan.When heat well add methi seeds.Let the seeds blacken.

Lower the flame add onion and ginger -garlic paste.Stir.Add 1 tbsp water and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.

Add all powdered spices to the pan,stir.Add 1 cup water and add salt also.Cook on low flame for 5-6minite till the spices are cooked well.

Add moong dal badis and luffa.Stir well.

Cover and cook on low flame for 10 -15 minutes.

No need of adding water as luffa has a lot of water and veggi cooked in it's own water.

Cook till luffa is soft.Serve with boiled rice.
