Soak the saffron in 1/2 cup warm milk and set aside

Set the Instant pot to sauté mode. Add in ghee and let it melt. Sauté the vermicelli until its aromatic. Add in the chopped nuts and roast for a minute.
Add the milk and condensed milk and mix well. - 3

Add the saffron to it and mix well. Finally add in the vanilla extract and mix. Close the lid and making sure the whistle is positioned correctly and set the Instant pot to manual and cook for 5 minutes.
