Ingredients

  1. 1bamboo-shoot (175g)
  2. 1green pepper (200g)
  3. 200 gthinly sliced pork
  4. 2 TBSPsake
  5. Salt
  6. Pepper
  7. 1/2 TBSPcorn starch
  8. ☆1 TBSP oyster sauce
  9. ☆1 TBSP sake
  10. ☆1 tsp sugar
  11. ☆1 tsp chicken power stock
  12. ☆1 tsp soy sauce
  13. ☆1 tsp mirin
  14. ☆1/2 tsp bull-dog, vegetable & fruit sauce (semi-sweet)
  15. ☆1 clove garlic, ground
  16. ☆1 tsp ginger, ground

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes

    Cut pork into 2 inch lengths. Marinate pork with sake, salt, pepper and corn starch.

    In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients of ☆

    Thinly slice green pepper and bamboo-shoots

  4. 4

    In a large pan, high heat, drizzle oil and sauté pork until the color changes. Add green pepper and bamboo-shoots and sauté together, 2 minutes.

    Add the ☆sauce. Cook for 2 more minutes and done ✅
