  2. 3 gramsholy basil leaves
  3. 100 gramspork shoulder or any cut
  4. 40 gramsbamboo shoots
  5. 1 tablespoonoyster sauce
  6. 1 dropfish sauce
  7. 1/2 tablespoonsoy sauce
  8. 1 teaspoonsugar
  9. 4 gramschili and garlic
  10. 3 tablespoonsvegetable oil (about 45 grams)
  11. 3 tablespoonswater (about 50 ml)
