Peel the bark of the yam off and wash throughly. Then cut into desirable sizes and boil with a reasonable amount of salt till it's soft

Wash your tomatoes, peppers [and onions] together and blend a little, it shouldn't be too smooth. Then in a clean bowl, crack open your eggs and whisk well

Heat your oil in a pan and fry the blended tomato and pepper mixture for about two minutes on a high flame. Then lower your flame and add salt, thyme and seasoning cubes

Stir fry until it mixes well. Then put the flame on normal pressure and add your whisked eggs into the pan and continue to stir fry

Your food is ready and con be served with tea or a soft drink
