Take a bowl, add 1 Cup Suji in it with 1 Sugar, 1 Teaspoon Elaichi Powder, 1 Teaspoon Saunf Powder in it & mix them properly.

Now take a pan, add 1.5 Cup Water in it & keep the gas on medium flame & let it boil.

When water starts boiling, add Suji mixture in it & start mixing it immediately with water properly otherwise lumps will be formed in Suji.

After mixing, immediately turn off the gas & let the Suji soak water for some time.

Meanwhile take a kadhai, add oil in it & keep the gas on medium flame.

After some time, make small size peda’s from the mixture & don’t let the mixture cool down.

When oil gets heated up, add peda’s in it & fry them till they are golden brown in colour.

After some time, when they are golden brown in colour, take them out in a plate.

Your Rava Peda Mithai is ready to be served.
