Remove the seeds from the Chile de arbol (reduces the amount of spiciness)

Heat the pan with the olive oil and add the onion and garlic for a couple minutes

Add almonds and Chile de arbol to the pan until the Chiles are dark but not toasted.

Remove from fire

In a blender add the tomato sauce and the pan contents. INCLUDING THE OIL

Add salt to the blender

Blend and enjoy!
