Steps

Take a bowl add wheat flour, palak paste, jeera, ginger garlic chilli paste, salt and mix it well.

Add water and make soft dough. Grease with oil and make ball size dough.

Dust it with some wheat flour. Roll it with rolling pin.

Heat tawa for parathas. Cook paratha on both sides. Apply ghee or oil or butter on it and take it out.

Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
