  • 250 gall-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 4eggs
  • 200 gsugar
  • 3 tablespoonorange zest
  • 1 tablespoonorange juice
  • 3/4 cupvegetable oil
  • 350 ggrated carrot

    Sift flour, add baking powder, baking soda and salt together

  2. 2

    Whisk egg, add sugar, orange zest, orange juice and vegetable oil

  3. 3

    Gently fold in flour mixture with spatula into the egg mixture

  4. 4

    Pour grated carrot and fold gently with spatula

  5. 5

    Bake in moderately hot oven
