Ingredients

  1. 1 cupboiled CHICKPEAS
  2. 6red soft tomato
  3. 2 inchesginger
  4. 6-7 clovesgarlic
  5. 1 tbsprock or pink salt
  6. 1 tbspred pepper
  7. Halftsp turmeric
  8. 1 tspblack pepper
  9. 1 tbspsugar
  10. 1 tbspcumin powder
  11. 1 tbspchaat masala
  12. 1medium finely chopped onion
  13. 1 cupbutter
  14. 1 tspkasoori methi or mix herbs
  15. Cream=1 cup hung curd
  16. 1 tsphoney
  17. 1 tbspwhipped cream
  18. 1 tbspsour cream
  19. 1 tspsalt and black pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Take a cooker and put all the ingredients =tomato,chickpeas,spices mentioned,ginger,garlic.close the lid of cooker after adding 4 cups water and wait for 3 to 4 whistles

    Now blend the mixture smooth and keep it aside.now in another heavy bottom pan put 2 tbsp butter and roast onion then make it brown and start adding the soup by straining as well.

    Or you can strain already before adding to roasted onion.boil the soup at medium flame for 10 minutes at least.for cream hung the curd for 30 minutes and put in blender with sour cream,salt,pepper and whipped cream.blend smooth.

    Serve the soup after pouring some cream as upper layer.enjoy so yumm soup without adding any preservatives or flour to make thick
