Veg Schezwan Fried Rice
Steps

Heat Oil in a pan,add garlic saute till golden brown in colour.

Add onion, cabbage, carrot, capsicum and saute well.

Add Schezwan sauce, vinegar,soya sauce, chilli sauce,salt sauté well for2 minutes.

Add rice, spring onion and mix well.
- 5
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and some spring onion and serve it.
