Super simple zesty prawns

It’s Tuesday night and we’re clinging onto the last days of summer with an impromptu bbq (gas so it’s cheating but still, it’s the best feeling). These prawns are the quickest mid-week fix and taste delicious. If you don’t have a bbq (or it’s the middle of winter), you can easily cook them on a pan/grill pan. We enjoyed them with a salad, roasted vegetables and Israeli cous cous! #bbq #easy #prawns #midweekmeal

Prep all of the ingredients and mix together with the prawns. Set aside for 20 mins

Heat the bbq to approx 250 -270 degrees. Meanwhile, put the prawns on skewers.

Prepare to cook the prawns on an indirect heat, by turning off the flame on one side of the bbq. Then cook the prawns on indirect head for 90 seconds on each side.

Remove from the heat and cover in tin foil for 5 minutes. Then serve.
