The flavours combination is my own creation. However pudding recipe was an inspired one. In The ingredients section I would have used a '+' for a few items. It's is because we would be preparing two pudding base separately and then combining them.

Steps

Prepare coffee decoction by adding Coffee powder and hot water into a coffee filter. Decoction would flow down in 20 mins.

Heat milk until it gets lightly thick.
Add milk powder and stir well until it gets more thick.
Now add decoction and mix well. Turns aromatic. Stirring well add corn flour slurry and stir continously until it turns thick and gooey. - 3
Heat milk by adding milk powder, stir well until it gets thick.
In a cup add coco powder, english cinnamon powder adding warm milk make a thick paste.
Pour this cinnamon Choco paste to the boiling milk stir well.
Stirring well add corn flour slurry and stir constantly until theisture turn thick and gooey. - 4
In a butter greased tin or small cup pour both the mixtures one after other consecutively.
Pat slightly and with a small toothpick gently move the toothpick around forming random designs.
Refrigerate for 4 hours.
Serve chilled.
