Deep fry the noodles till crispy on medium flame. Remove the fried noodles on absorbent paper to remove access oil & keep aside.

Now gather all the ingredients. Take a large bowl, first mix all the dry ingredients.

Now add tamarind chutney, soya sauce and chilli sauce, mix well.

Crush the fried noodles above & add lemon juice mix well & serve immediately.
