Take a bowl add flour salt sugar butter 1/4 cup yeast milk powder and knead with warm milk to make dough

Now dust flour and roll dough in 21 pieces and make small balls and flatten all to make round breads

Now take 250 grm butter place one bread apply butter layer with another bread and make layers of 21 breads

Now dust flour and roll this pile until 1/2 inch bread and cut into 8 triangular pieces then roll each triangular slice

Brush with egg yolk

Now bake 30 min 200c or in pateela 40 min
