Soak the rice,dal and fenugreek seeds for about 4hours then grind to a smooth paste by adding water,add salt and keep this batter for 8 hours to ferment.

As the batter becomes ready,heat a nonstick tawa and pour ladleful of batter to it.After a minute pour 1/2tsp oil and then add a proportionate amount of vegetables, paneer and sauces to it,mix and saute for a minute then spread the mixture evenly on dosa.

Sprinkle some coriander leaves and serve immediately with chutney of your choice.
