Make a fine paste of walnuts & cashews whish with curd set aside

Take a nonstick wok add ghee & oil then pop in chopped onions sauté till golden brown

Pop in chicken ginger garlic paste sauté for two minutes then add in the paste prepared with nuts & yoghurt then add in all spices give it a quick stirr then add food colour next add a glass of water cover the lid let it cook for 10 minutes on simmer flame burner

Once the chicken is tender soft gravy is cook well then crush kasuri methi then add strands of saffron, cashews walnuts crushed, coriander leaves cook for 5 minutes until the layer of ghee / oil separates it’s ready

Enjoy it with hot naan, tandoori roti or paratha goes well with any flavored rice like bagara rice, zeera rice, saffron rice etc..!
