Cooking Instructions

In a pot on high heat add 3 tablespoons butter, allow to brown

Add the onions, carrots, garlic cloves and stir. Add tomato and green chilies, and lower heat to medium heat. Add chicken pieces, skin side down.

Cover lid for 20 minutes. Add sliced onion, mushrooms, lemon (squeeze first, then put in pot) and butter. Season with salt and pepper.
Cover again for 20 minutes.

That way, the pieces will turn out crispier, will be well flavored, and won't need to be cut afterwards. Do this however you like!
