Dredge chicken breasts in flour with salt and pepper. Fry until cooked and set aside.

Melt butter and sautee mushrooms and onions.

Add chicken broth and chicken breasts to the pan and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Pour cream and milk and simmer for another 5 minutes. Stir to avoid milk from burning.

Stir in lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over rice or noodles.
