Rice Halva
Halva are dense, sweet confections originating in the Middle East.
Steps

Blend cooked rice into a thick smooth paste. Keep aside

Add ghee in non stick pan. Roast cashew nut. Keep aside.

Add rice paste in the same pan. Keep stirring for 5 minutes. Add color. Add ghee. Add sugar. Add lemon juice. Keep stirring untill the consistency change into a semi transparent and thicker. Add cashew. Pour into mold or flat plate. Let it cool completely before cutting/serving.
