  2. 2 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
  3. 1-2 tablespoonsbalsamic vinegar
  4. 1shallot
  5. Salt and pepper to taste
  6. Taggiasca olives to taste

    Clean and slice the cabbage into strips.
