Ingredients

  • Equal portion of roasted vermicelli and roasted Semolina
  • yogurt (Low fat),water
  • For tempering: Mustard seeds, Cashews, Carrot, ginger, salt, chopped green chillie,oil
  • Pinchbaking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Do the Tempering and add it to the roasted vermicelli and semolina.

  2. 2

    Now add water and Yogurt to make a batter and wait for 30 mins

  3. 3

    Add baking powder and if required add water to get the consistency of thick batter and Make idly.
