Pistachio cake eggless
Steps

Grease a loaf tin and sprinkle some flour.
In a bowl sieve flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add in the pistachio powder, saffron and cardamom powder and mix well. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 160 degree centigrade. - 2

In a bowl add yogurt, olive oil, honey, sugar and vanilla essence and mix well using a whisk.
Add the flour mix in batches, ensuring no lumps and mixing well. Add in milk and mix well.
Transfer in the loaf tin and tap couple of times. - 4
Bake in the oven for about 50 minutes. Check with toothpick. Once it comes out clean remove from oven. Let it cool before transferring on a rack. Once cool drizzle both chocolate and sprinkle some pistachios. Enjoy
