Ingredients

  1. 1 cupSoji
  2. 6 cupsWater
  3. 1 tea spoonSalt
  4. Sugar half tea spoon
  5. Turmeric, kastori methi, red chilli, hing
  6. Vegetables one bowl any of your choice like capsicum, carrot
  7. 1Onion
  8. Ghee 2 table spoons

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan, put on flame now put soji in pan and roast it, till it change color.

  2. 2

    Now add one spoon ghee, and roast all the cutted vegetables, when all the vegetables cooked add spices and sugar.

    Now add soji in the content and mix it

  4. 4

    Add water and stimmer till the water soaked.

  5. 5

    Now it is ready. serve it with Tea or coffee
