Ingredients

  • 1 cupRoasted Peanut
  • 1/4 cupMaida/Flour
  • 2 tbspPowder Sugar
  • as requiredCrushed Peanut

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a blending jar to add roasted peanuts and grind well till peanuts leave its oil and turn into a smooth paste.

    Transfer the paste into a bowl add powder sugar and Maida/flour and knead a dough. Now take a small portion of dough and flatten in your palm and then press on crushed peanut for coating on top.

  3. 3

    Place a stand & heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame.
    After 5 mins place the baking tray, Cook it on a medium flame for 20-30 mins.
    Or bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 20-30 mins.
