Semi gravy chilli paneer goes well with roti and paratha. And yeah a very simple receipe with less spices.
Steps

Cut the paneer and marinate it with salt and turmeric powder for 10 minutes.

Then chopped the vegetables. Onions, garlic, bell peppers and onion leaves.

Now in a pan put oil. Once the oil fry the paneer roll golden brown.

Then in the same pan add butter. Then add onions and garlic. Fry them for 3 to 4 minutes.

Then add salt, soya sauce, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix well.

Now add the remaining chopped vegetables.

Then mix cornflower with water and then add this to the pan. Now add the paneer and mix well. Cook on a medium flame. Once it becomes a semi gravy, switch off the flame. Garnish with white seamseed and serve.
