Ingredients

  • 5 leavesRomaine lettuce, chopped into medium pieces
  • 2cucumbers, chopped
  • 1large tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 bunchpurslane, picked
  • 3green onions, chopped
  • 5 sprigsfresh mint, picked
  • 1small green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1white onion, chopped, and 4 red radishes, chopped
  • 1sprinkle of chopped parsley
  • 3 loavespita bread, cut and fried
  • 3 clovesgarlic, crushed
  • 3 tablespoonspomegranate molasses
  • 3 tablespoonslemon juice
  • 1 tablespoonvinegar
  • 1 teaspoondried mint
  • 1sprinkle of sumac
  • 5 tablespoonsolive oil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Place all the vegetables in a deep bowl.

  2. 2

    Mix the pomegranate molasses, lemon juice, and vinegar, then add the garlic, dried mint, and olive oil.

  3. 3

    Mix the dressing well and add ½ teaspoon of salt.

  4. 4

    Pour the dressing over the vegetables and place them in a serving dish.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle with sumac.

  6. 6

    Add the fried bread on top.
