Steps

First marinate the idli—in a bowl add maida 1/2tbsp soya sauce,salt and water then put chopped idli and keep for 30mins

In a pan add butter sauté ginger garlic and chillies then add capsicum and onion and sauté for 5mins in high flame
- 3
Add sauce left over marination salt and black pepper powder and mix well
- 4
Add idli pieces and mix..serve hot
