Take a bowl add suji, besan and poha powder and turmeric and salt.

And then add water in it as needed and Mix it well and cover it with a lid and keep it 15-20 min for rest.

After 15/20 min open the lid and add citric acid,sugar mix it and add 2 spoon hot oil for better batter

Now take a woke put ring in it and water in it for boiling take a mold and grease it with oil put batter into it

Now tap the mold so that bubbles remove now put mold on steaming on medium flame check after 15-20min off the flame it's ready

Now take out the mold keep it a side for while let it cool.

Take a pan for tadka put oil put mustard seeds and cumin seeds let it's spluter then add green chilli.

Give tadka tho dhokla now it's ready too serve garnish it with corinder leaves.

Serve it with sauce or chutney..😋
