In a mixing bowl add boiled potatoes,mash it and add chilli flakes,spring onion,salt,cumin and ginger garlic powder Give it a quick mix

Divide the mixture into six portions Prepare the chop by filling boiled egg into potato mixture as shown in picture below

Keep in refrigerator for 15minutes

Tip :- Add a pinch of turmeric while making slurry,it gives a nice golden color to kebab,cutlet or any chop

Mix the all-purpose flour,turmeric,little bit salt and add water to make a thick paste for coating chops

Dip the chop in paste and coat with bread crumbs,prepare all of them similarly and its ready to fry

Fry into medium hot oil till it turns golden and crispy,enjoy hot with ketchup or chutney
