  • 50 gmsginger
  • 50 gmsturmeric
  • 8-10garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tbspghee

    Peel and wash ginger, turmeric and garlic. Add to mortar.

    Pound it nicely. Add salt and pound once again. Take it in a bowl.

    Add ghee to tadka pan. Once it melts, add chutney, roast it on slow flame until the rawness goes away. Enjoy this healthy chutney daily in lunch.
