In a clean bolw pour milk,water oil and yeast mix well add sugar and flour mix well

Kneed the dough very well transfer the dough into a grease bowl cover and keep in a warm place or sun till it double in size

Then cut the dough and roll it out flat and cut into 8 triangles

Then fold the dough to the middle (like your to roll a mat)to make the croissant

Cover and allow it to rise then deep fry in hot oil until it's golden brown

Set to serve.
