Ingredients

  • Chicken
  • Chicken liver
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Eggs
  • Spring onion
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute onion and garlic.

  2. 2

    Add the chicken then chicken liver. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Once already tender, add soy sauce

  4. 4

    Add scrambled eggs (with salt and pepper) then pour to the chicken and liver mixture. Mix well.

  5. 5

    Add spring onions on top.

  6. 6

    Ready to serve.
