In a pan heat oil and fry all ingredients one by one. Let it cool.In the blender add all fried ingredients and make it smooth paste.

Heat oil in a pressure cooker over medium heat,add chopped onion.when they become translucent add in ginger garlic paste.Stir until the raw smell of paste gets released.Add washed mutton pieces and fry for 6-7 minutes.

Next add chopped tomatoes and turmeric powder and chilli powder and fry for 4-5mins. Pour masala paste into pressure cooker add stir 2-3mins. Add water as per thickness and close the lid. Take 5-6 whistle on medium flame.

When pressure release.Serve with chapatis or rice and enjoy.
