Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1/2 cupbesan
  3. 1/4 cupsooji
  4. 1/2 cupghee
  5. 1/2 cupjaggery powder
  6. 1/2 cupmilk
  7. 1 tspbaking powder
  8. 5-7crushed cardamom
  9. 10-12almonds (garnishing)

Cooking Instructions

    Whisk ghee and jaggery in a bowl, then add dry ingredients and knead it with the help of some milk.

    Take one spoon and make cookies of equal size.

    Press and put half chopped almond.

  4. 4

    Put in a greased baking tray.

  5. 5

    Bake at 200 C for 10-12 mins in Oven.

  6. 6

    Let it cool and then keep in an airtight box. Enjoy.
