It is very delicious and healthy recipe. Very easy to prepare , no grinding, no fermentation. Very good breakfast for children. It is full of vegetables, that's makes it healthy and nutritious.
Steps

Take a mixing bowl add rava, curd and salt. Mix it well. Add 1/2 cup water in it. Keep aside to rest for minimum 45 minutes.

After 45 minutes mix it well and add all the vegetables, red chilli powder, oregano and black pepper in it, mix it well. Add water if required.

Take a non-stick Pan Grease it with oil, heat it. Pour 1.5 tbsp of batter for each mini uttapum.

Drizzle little oil and cook the uttapum on medium flamt from both the sides. Make all the uttapum with the same method.

Transfer it to the serving plate. Garnish it with tomato sauce.
