Add 2 tbsp mustard and then add 1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder mix well and then add 1 tbsp chat masala/ Amchur powder,kasuri methi, roasted jeera powder, garam masala

Then goes in ¼ cup thick curd to make the paste, Mix well

Now add some chopped tomatoes, onion, capsicum and veggies of your choice.

Now add cubed paneer and coat the paneer well with the mixture.

Mix everything well and add salt as your taste and now heat up a pan.

Trasfer the paneer tikka mixture to a non-stick pan and cook for 1-2 min till you get the nice aroma of tikka

You can place a charcoal in the middle of this mixture of you want it to be more smokey, now take slices of bread spread butter on both the spices evenly and then spread the tikka mixture.

Add some more butter on the top of a bread and cook it for 1 min in medium flame till it become crispy and golden brown, cook from both the sides.

You can spread cheese if you want it to be cheesy Serve hot with mayonnaise or tomato ketchup.
