Cover foil paper on beetroot and roast in otg for 40 min. Take out after 40min.and Let it cool. Peel and grate 1/2pc.

Mix milk and sugar in a pan and boil add grated beetroot. Stir well on mid.slow flame. and make a sticky consistancy (not chashni). Just check in a plate. Turn off flame.

Now add cardamom powder and desicated coconut. Mix properly and add ghee. Mix well. And turn on flame for 2min.

Now grease container and transfer beetroot coconut mixture and spread evenly as your choice thickness. Let it cool and set for 10-20min. in a fridge. And make heart shape.

Serve in a plate garnish with sparkling sugar chopped pistachio. And beetroot rose. Delicious innovative Beetroot koprapak is ready to serve.
