Pasta with Smoked Salmon and Spinach

This is a dish I usually make when I'm in a hurry, and I just throw in whatever I find in the fridge (you can add broccoli, cauliflower, imitation crab sticks, or canned tuna).
Pasta with Smoked Salmon and Spinach
This is a dish I usually make when I'm in a hurry, and I just throw in whatever I find in the fridge (you can add broccoli, cauliflower, imitation crab sticks, or canned tuna).
Cooking Instructions
- 1
First, cook the pasta in a pot with boiling water, salt, and a little oil.
- 2
Meanwhile, chop the ingredients: dice the onion into small pieces and slice the smoked salmon. If you want to add more, this is also when you would chop the peppers or imitation crab sticks.
- 3
In a pan with oil, sauté the onion until it's translucent, then add the spinach. Once thawed, pour in the white wine.
- 4
When the wine has reduced a bit, add the salmon, and when it changes color, add the cream and lower the heat (I added a bit of milk because I like it more liquid).
- 5
Drain the pasta and season with oregano and garlic powder. Set aside until adding the sauce.
- 6
Finally, add salt, black pepper, nutmeg, and mozzarella (I used shredded) to the sauce, and then you can pour it over the pasta.
- 7
If you want to add imitation crab or tuna, I add it when I mix everything because I don't like them cooked. I sprinkle Parmesan on the pasta dish when it's served.

Smoked Salmon Cheese Cream Pasta Smoked Salmon Cheese Cream Pasta
I craved for a pasta dish, but I didn't want to go shopping. I had smoked salmon and mushrooms on hand, so I decided to make my favorite cheese cream pasta with them, and it turned out so delicious )I just thought it up.If the eggs are large, 1 might be enough. (the sauce will be thick enough to coat the noodles). Adjust it to your liking I didn't put any butter in the sauce, but I think it would be tasty if you add some, too This time, I added shiso leaves and shredded nori seaweed on top. Pasta with Spinach and Parmesan Cheese Pasta with Spinach and Parmesan Cheese
I'm hooked on Parmesan cheese these days. Because I love the combination of parmesan and spinach, I tossed them into pasta. I made this with regular spinach, but try using "chijimi" spinach that's harvested during the cold seasons. Make this dish with delicious spinach! To make sure the spinach doesn't overcook, work quickly from Step 3 onwards. I recommend you add lots of parmesan cheese and black pepper. This is a simple recipe to encourage you to make lots of different variations. How about adding mushrooms, bacon, anchovy, soft poached eggs, or nuts? For 1 serving. Salmon – Bacon – Pasta Salmon – Bacon – Pasta
Hi everyone, the sun is finally out, and we are able to sit in the garden. Since it is that time of year again to start planting new flowers, I had the chance this morning to look at the garden and see what it is I want to plant. I do love gardening, plus I love growing my own vegetables, so, I have decided to invest in a small elevated off-ground garden, to plant the seeds for my vegetables. 🙂Due to a heavy snow storm we had in the Netherlands about 3 years ago, the previous one I had broke into pieces, and I never purchased another one since. That is why I am very excited about this, and can’t wait to get started.Walking back into the kitchen from the garden, I knew I wanted to make a dish with pasta. I have made this dish many times before, very simple, it is basically a throw it all together bake and eat dish. 🙂 Foodzesty
