Steps

Soak Chanadal overnight or 8-10 hours and pressure cook it for 1 whistle.

Make a puree out of 2 tomatoes.

Prepare chopped onions, slit chillies, ginger garlic paste, and coriander leaves.

In a pan start tempering and add all these ingredients and saute well for a minute. Add boiled channa, little water and tomato puree. Cook well.

Add red chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder and mix well. Add salt to taste.

Serve hot with puri, chapati or Rice 😋
