Heat oil in a kadhai add chopped garlic, then add onions saute it 2minutes, add vegetables,corn and salt and saute till soft (do not overcook)

Now add pizza sauce and mixed herbs.The stuffing is ready,let it cool down completely.

In a mixing bowl add boiled potatoes, Cornflour, chilli flakes,pepper powder and mix it well together

Now take the potato mixture, fill the stuffing and cheese into it and shape it to the round cutlet, repeat the process and prepare all the cutlets same way. Roll it into the bread crumbs and keep in the fridge for 10 minutes.

Fry in batches in medium hot oil till crispy, serve by topping with some veg filling and cheese.
