Parloil rice and pour in a seive,allow the water to drain.

Heat some vegetable oil in a cooking pot,add grinded tomato and pepper,onion,stir fry,add curry powder,ginger and garlic,cube seasoning and stir thoroughly. This is the stage you add the chicken stock after frying the ingredients. Allow to cook for a few minutes
