Mix flour with butter till it becomes like crumbs

Add salt and b/p and add water to a dough n allow to rest

In a pan, sprinkle oil, add onions and pepper and mince meat and spice up then allow to cook

Roll out the dough and cut then add the fillings and press the edge with a fork

Fry n serve with any beverage of ur choice
