Crack your eggs in a bowl and add your sugar.

Whisk till it becomes fluffy and lighter in color.

Add milk, oil and vanilla extract, then whisk.

Add the flour and baking powder.

Brush your sandwich maker/toaster with oil and pour the batter inside.

Turn the power on and for about 5mins.

When this yummy creation is ready bring it out and allow it to cool. Then serve.
