Classic homemade beetroot burger recipe

Firstly, finely chopped beetroot, carrot with a chopper and cut onion and 1 cup peas.

Put oil in a kadhai, add onion, peas and cook it and after that add beetroot, carrot, when half cooked also add boiled and mashed potato.

Add cumin powder, garam masala, turmeric, chili powder, chakra masala, salt, coriander and mix it well with breadcrumbs to absorb moisture from vegetables.

Prepare ball sized patties and coat with bread crumbs then shallow fry keeping the flames on medium, fry from both the sides until it turns golden brown.

Firstly, spread sauce and mayonnaise on the bun add few slices of tomato, cucumber, onion, spinach and sprinkle salt and pepper slightly.

Further place prepared parties and cover with another part of the bun and finally enjoy classic homemade beetroot burger with chip and salad.
