My simple yet delicious Pickled Jalapeno Recipe. Tired of lackluster pickled Jalapenos from the grocery? Try this recipe you can whip up in minutes and enjoy the next day!

Grab your Jalapenos, as many as you intend to pickle. Put on plastic gloves! Don't want your hands burning for hours to come! Thinly slice the Jalapenos into rings, the thinner the better in my opinion. Place them in a container that is sealable or have plastic wrap on hand.

Put all Pickling Liquid ingredients into a pot, and bring to a boil.

Pour the boiling Pickling Liquid over the Jalapenos. Seal, or wrap tight with plastic wrap. Leave out until room temperature, then refrigerate overnight.
