South Indian Style Rava Upma

In a kadhai, add rava and roast it till it becomes aromatic. Take it out in a bowl.

Now in same kadhai, add ghee and heat it. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add cry leaves and both the dals and fry them. Now add onions and cook them until translucent.

Now add chopped tomatoes and cook until they start to mashed. Add two cups of water and let it come to boil.

At this time add roasted Rava and continuously stir so that lumps not formed. Cook it until it starts to get thicken.Serve with a dash of lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves.
